How to login to MT5 Mobile platform

Android download the app here.
Run the app on your device. Tap on manage accounts.
Enter your login and password and accurate server . Start trading on your Android.

IOS: Download the App here and Open MetaTrader 5 and select Settings.
Tap New Account and enter “FXTradium” in the search bar. Select the trading server appropriate for your trading account.
Enter your trading account’s number and trading account password and server, then tap Sign In.

How to login to MT5 Desktop

You may need to Login to Trade Account” in the File menu or in the Navigator. Specify the following data in this window: Login — the number of the account used for connection. Password — the master or investor password for the account and the accurate trading server.

Why my trade tab is gray out?

You will need to close all active windows and drag the desired instrument from the market watch to the Windows section.

Waiting for update on MT5 Desktop

You might need to close all the open wondow and drag the prefered instrumnet from the market watch to the Windows.

I get Invalid account error when I try to login to MT5

It means that you have entered the login information incorrectly; double-check that your account number, password, and server information are correct.

How to find log file in Windows?

You might need to go to File > Open Date Folder > Logs > Find your preferred Date

How to find Journal

Android : Here you may see the logs that have been made by the MetaTrader 5 for Android. In addition to service messages, the journal provides a history of activities taken inside the application. To get to this tab, open the application side panel, which appears when you press on the ☰

IOS : In this section you can view logs of the MetaTrader 5 for iPhone. The journal contains various service messages, as well as records of actions performed in the application. To go to this section, run the “Show log Journal” command in platform settings.
